TeufelHunden Investment Group, LLC began in 2011 as TeufelHunden Properties, LLC in the Fresno California area as a local residential real estate redevelopment firm specializing in the renovation of single-family homes in Central California and Western New York. As we grew, we entered into new construction, redevelopment and rental of single family homes, condominiums & townhomes, as well as multi-family properties. We also expanded our areas served to include Nevada, Arizona, New Mexico, Texas, Virginia and the Carolinas.
As a result of high demand, and to more effectively utilize our skilled craftsmen along with leveraging our trade relationships and vendor buying power, additionally we entered into fine home remodeling, providing the addition of those modern luxury touches we place in our houses to current homeowners wishing to upgrade their own homes.
In 2013 we became a SEC accredited California Finance Lender, offering short-term hard money capital real estate loans for non-owner-occupied properties.
While our core business in residential property redevelopment continues, we made an amendment to our articles of organization to better represent our ongoing diversification and expansion into additional business ventures and officially became TeufelHunden Investment Group, LLC.
Today, TeufelHunden Investment Group has grown into a multi-operational, multi-faceted firm with over 40 million dollars in total sales. We have locations in South Carolina, New York as well as California. While maintaining our roots in residential real estate redevelopment, TIG has expanded into new construction, short- and long-term rental properties, vacation rentals, short-term military housing, fine home remodeling, finance lending, and is expanding into wholesale and retail home improvement product sales in our Western New York and soon to be Coastal South Carolina markets with our addition of The Granite Store.
