TeufelHunden Properties, LLC began in 2011 in the Fresno California area as a local residential real estate redevelopment firm specializing in the renovation of single-family homes in Central California and Western New York. As we grew, we entered into new construction, redevelopment and rental of single family homes, condominiums & townhomes and multi-family properties.   We also expanded our areas served to  include Nevada, Arizona, New Mexico, Texas, Virginia and the Carolinas.

With all our homes, TeufelHunden Properties uses highly skilled craftsmen to transform a diamond in the rough into the showcase home on the block. Our craftsmen apply time-honored methods to accent the original quality and features of yesteryear, while adding the modern amenities today’s families demand. We transform our houses into a home any family would be proud to call their own. Rather than buying materials for each project, we purchase the majority of our finish goods, paint, fixtures, carpeting & appliance packages in bulk to take advantage of supplier discounts and peak purchasing programs throughout the year. By purchasing in quantity and holding these items in one of our warehouses, we are able to pass these savings along to you as well as install upgrades into each of our homes typically not found in a particular price point.

Our homes come at all price levels, from the first-time buyer, all the way to the home of your dreams. We include high end luxury touches normally not found within a specific price point. The majority of our homes include upgraded lighting & plumbing fixtures, granite counters, stainless steel appliances, wine coolers, mosaic & glass tile, vessel sinks, rain forest showers as well as upgraded finish carpentry, paint and flooring.
